Burger King in Mellingen

I can only recommend it was very tasty

Have been here several times and have always had good experiences, but this time it was unfortunately not the case. Due to Covid, of course, only the drive-in is available, but today not only was there no possibility to eat in the restaurant, in addition, there were no fried products on offer due to technical problems, which excludes all menus. Unfortunately, you only found out about this when you ordered, when you had already waited and could no longer drive out backwards. In addition, almost all coupons cannot be used and, as a quasi-locked customer in the queue, you either had to pay for the products individually or, after wasted time, continue hungry. A concession would have been very appropriate here and I'm very disappointed with Burger King at first.

Not bad for a burger chain. The selection should be tried. I couldn't understand whether the fries had seen rocket lettuce ?

12/10/2020 1:38:55 p.m. - older employee with dark hair at the drive-in wears the mask firmly down on her neck and is snotty. Allegedly, the mask "slipped down" and would "always slip", which was 100% a lie when you see how the mask was worn.

Have been here several times, cleanliness is possible, there are also employees who understand German and what we order is usually on the tray.

Fast as ever, even due to covid-19 inside closing. Drive through is open!

Goods on November 15th there. 45 minutes waiting time then only 2 coupons per car and one service to fear. If you have to wait a long time, you can offer a little more service. Conclusion never again BK in Mellingen.

Wanted to redeem coupons. We were rudely told that "only a maximum of 2 coupons can be redeemed per car" ... But that is not written anywhere, they apparently thought up .... Unceremoniously drove to Weimar and lo and behold ... more than 2 coupons go ... So in the future no longer travel to Mellingen to BurgerKing ...

I've also eaten much better at BK and I don't want to be too big about the cleanliness of the toilets. There would be a maximum of one star for the sanitary facilities. The staff I saw were friendly and always tried hard. However, it was difficult to get the right food because of the language barriers.

I stood here a few times and nothing happened, today I got cut

Just wanted to have an ice cream. But unfortunately it was over. There was no shake either. With the rest of the order, 2 things were wrong, so all in all it didn't work ...

Would give zero stars but it doesn't work. You have to see something positive about it.

Toilets were in disgusting condition despite the 50 cents fee. In general, the staff was apparently understaffed at lunchtime. The order took a long time and the taste was not an outstanding achievement. At least the staff was friendly despite the stress.

To get to the restaurant, you have to leave the A4 motorway, which is not, like most of them, located next to the motorway.

You have to pay for the restroom and it is always super crowded. IMHO not a good place to make a break on a trip. Was twice here. Total waste of time.
